- 배송기간은 주문 이후 짧게는 2일(주문 다음 날 배송), 길게는 8일이 소요됩니다. 정확한 배송일자는 주문 전에 Q&A게시판을 통해 문의해주시면 빠르게 답변드리겠습니다.
- 배송비는 최종 결제액 5만원 이상일 시 우티크가 부담하고, 5만원 미만일 경우엔 2,500원이 발생합니다.

[해외 결제 및 배송 (전세계)]
- 해외에서 구매하시는 고객님은 페이팔(paypal)을 통해 결제하실 수 있습니다. 배송비는 나라에 상관없이 기본 5천원이며 우체국 항공 소형 택배를 통해 출고됩니다. 해외에서 10만원 이상 구매하실 시엔 무료로 배송해드립니다. 배송 기간은 국가별 위치에 따라 15~30일 걸립니다. 해외 배송에 대한 문의는 Q&A게시판을 통해 문의주세요.

[Shipping (Korea)]

- 배송 완료일 기준, 7일 이내에 우티크 사측에 상품이 발송되었을 경우에 교환/환불이 가능합니다.

- 쥬얼리의 경우 착용 이후엔 재판매가 원칙적으로 불가하기에 꼭 상품의 '착용 여부'를 확인해주십시오. 그리고 상품을 구성하는 패키지나 기프트를 모두 되돌려주셔야 교환/환불이 가능합니다.

- 처음 받으신 컨디션을 유지하고, 7일 이내에 사측으로 상품이 발송되었을 경우엔 대부분 교환/환불 처리를 도와드리고 있습니다.

- 교환/환불에 필요한 우티크 사측 배송 정보는 Q&A게시판이나 카카오톡플러스친구 @우티크 로 문의해주시면 안내해드립니다. 교환/환불에 관한 문의 접수 없이 물건을 보내신 경우엔 반송될 수 있으니, 꼭 문의를 통해 교환 환불 가능 여부를 체크해주십시오.
